In June 2016 NYS Licensed Administrator, Roxanne Barrett joined the Palatine team. Roxanne has over 30 years of health care experience and is responsible for the oversight of the facility operations. Roxanne was the recipient of the 2018 Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award by the American College of Health Care Administrators. Roxanne was 1 of 351 Administrators in 45 states recognized for organizational leadership based on the premise that facility excellence reflects leadership excellence.
Roxanne believes that modeling behavior that leads by example is the best way to achieve the best outcomes for both residents and employees of Palatine. Roxanne is actively engaged within the facility and is present on a day to day basis. She is thankful for the support of ownership whose consistent presence within the facility ensures that all residents receive the care and dignity they so deserve.
Roxanne is proud to be the Administrator of Palatine and is driven for continued success. She challenges herself and her employees to set goals that go beyond providing the basic standards of care and to “use each day to be the best versions of ourselves”. Roxanne uses her heart as her compass and encourages those within the walls of Palatine to always keep the residents in the center of their own hearts and with that the facility will continue to be successful.
