The Therapy team here at Palatine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center works directly with our residents, their families and the rest of the clinical team, to develop a comprehensive therapy plan to address your functional goals and provide individualized therapy treatments. This combined team approach allows for a timely and individually tailored rehabilitation plan to help you increase your functional ability and return to the prior level of function sooner. Our team of compassionate and caring Physical, Occupational and Speech therapists continue to provide outstanding clinical outcomes for our residents which translates to a fast and safe return to the activities they enjoy.
